The program of instruction involved general principles of cross-examination, along with presentations on impeaching with prior inconsistent statements and impeachment with prior convictions.
US Army Judge Advocates (“JAGs”) perform advocacy roles representing Soldiers in separations boards and Courts-Martial. They can represent the government or the individual Soldier, depending on their duty assignment.
